Planning and Development (P&D) (Wing) was created in PVTC in February 2012. The major function of this department is to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate policy advice and strategic planning within the organization. The other functions include planning, acquisition and execution of VET projects through operational team. These projects are funded by Govt of Punjab, Federal Govt, and international donor agencies. PVTC has signed contracts for 76 projects. (P&D) (Wing) coordinates with Operations team and other stake holders on continuous basis to ensure the successful execution of these projects as per agreed terms.
