On-Job Training Concept

The concept of On-the-job training is to provide opportunity to the trainees to work in real environment. It is mandatory for all trainees to complete their OJT for grooming of skills and to prepare them to accomplish the job responsibilities effectively.

Placement

A major aspect of PVTC training program is that at the end of training, all VTIs facilitate their trainees to find gainful employment through a placement office and the efforts of members of the Local Board of Management.

The emphasis on quality of training has been produced satisfactory results. The very fact that more than 63% of the pass outs are absorbed by the industry and businesses and are self employed, tells the story of the success of this program
